The Challenge
Melaleuca's marketing research team found that there were many new sales reps joining the company without knowledge of the products, and no easy way to self-educate. Along with the Learn to Earn campaign, my team was asked to design custom product stories that lived on the product pages. These stories needed to give history, features, and scientific data so users could learn about the products on their own while they shopped. We were given a challenge to complete 100 of these story projects in a single year.
The Solution
I worked alongside other designers, front-end developers, and our creative director to deliver 100 of these pages within the year. For each story I researched the product, worked with the product manager to assemble content, design the experience, and write the production code. These stories continue to educate and inspire sales reps to this day.
