The Challenge
Melaleuca's market research team launched several campaigns and tools to help educate newly onboarded customers and sales reps, such as custom product stories, one of which was to build an online education application. This tool needed to provide rewards to users for watching videos about Melaleuca products and taking small quizzes.
The Solution
I worked through many iterations of requirement gathering, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and stakeholder presentations to produce the designs shown here. The final designs were handed off to the development team to build while I assisted in communicating the functionality and requirements. Melaleuca continues to rely on this tool to help onboard new customers and sales reps.
