The Challenge
Melaleluca had grown a successful online store in the U.S. and needed to expand it to customers worldwide. I was hired to work on the international sites which needed to follow the U.S. site while also being localized and serving unique content.
The Solution
I began by working on the first existing international site, which was for customers in Australia and New Zealand. I designed banner ads, landing pages, monthly promotion pages, and enhancements to the shopping experience. Eventually I assisted in launching similar sites for European customers in English, Dutch, German, and French. Once those were completed, I then mentored additional designers while launching sites for Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and China.
